Spark Development and Construction Consultants was founded by Shaun Puri in 2023. Shaun began his professional career as an attorney with a strong emphasis on real estate litigation and municipal law.
Having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgia State University, Shaun went on to attend law school at Florida State University and received his Juris Doctorate in 2005.
Immediately out of law school, Shaun was recruited by the boutique law firm of Morrison & Mills in Tampa, where he practiced for seven years in the areas of real estate, construction and business litigation, and achieved an AV Peer Review rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
Transitioning out of litigation and into transactional law, Shaun joined one of Tampa’s premier law firms, Foley & Lardner, where he practiced with the Real Estate Department before joining Broadway Real Estate and StoreRight Self Storage as Vice President of Real Estate and Construction in 2015.
At Broadway Real Estate and StoreRight Self Storage, Shaun now serves as Director of Development and manages all commercial, residential, retail and self-storage development projects.
